Our Story
Hey there! We’re Elena, Lukas, and Chris.
Three friends who didn’t just meet by chance, but clicked over something that turned into a shared mission. Back in our student days, somewhere between late-night deadlines, deep convos, and too little sleep, we found ourselves reaching for something more than just a coffee.
Elena introduced us to the deeper world behind the earthy calm of matcha. She showed us the difference between a variety of grades, like our ceremonial-grade matcha. Lukas brought an Argentine vision into the mix, brewing mate with the same love and ritual learned from the culture. And Chris, always tuned into health and balance, brought his passion for natural energy and daily rituals that keep both body and mind aligned.
What started as casual sips turned into a joyful ritual. Not just for the flavor, but for how these drinks made us feel: focused, energized, and a little more balanced in a chaotic world. We weren’t just drinking something new. We realized we weren’t just drinking something; we were connecting to a culture and a slower kind of energy that actually fit our lives.
We had no idea how tough it would be to find truly exceptional matcha and mate, especially here in Austria. Not the average stuff you get on supermarket shelves, but the kind that makes you stop mid-sip and go whoa.
We started reaching out to small producers, tasting nonstop, reading everything we could, and learning directly from the source. Eventually, we found growers who care deeply about quality, craft, and preserving tradition. The kind of partners who take pride in every leaf.
