1. Sift ½–1 tsp of matcha into your matcha bowl. 2. Add a small splash of hot water (about 70–80 °C / not boiling). 3. Whisk in a quick “W” motion until smooth and lightly foamy. 4. First, sip it pure from the bowl to enjoy the true taste and quality. 5. Then, if your bowl has a pouring spout, use it to serve the matcha into a cup, perfect for turning it into a creamy latte or adding it to your favorite recipe. 6.
